We're a new company, only opened up in Feb 2006. We don't do property managment, we just develope most of our own properties, we have a complex going up in Auckland, and we have about 200+ sections of land in Whangarei. We also sell built stock for the lower "BC" (you'll know what that means) clients.

Put me in touch with the right people in Wellington... I'm very near to going postal on this clown I work with. PM sent.

And I'm a Draughtsman looking to move on.... to somewhere that is OK with my desire for career development. I want to get into Project Management (Construction) - I've even started studying for a Diploma of Applied Management. Passed my first paper and all.
