Your all forgetting the solution here - Get a motorbike, then every day on your way to school go and do some burn outs on her lawn... I mean comon.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

best you can do is totally ignore her, dont talk to her. losing battle for her really.

yea. i did study law for a while..
so she can't take pictures of the grass that just happen to have a guy riding a bike in the back ground?

it's as much business of hers as this is of yours.

she can blame all she likes. if she sees him doing it, it's first person

    slander? please expand your reasoning.

law? the law of (very) average maybe.

Some people aren't happy unless they are making someone else unhappy, and generally have such little pointless lives that they have nothing better to do than worry about what other people are doing and slag them off. Like others have said, don't give her the satisfaction, just ignore her and maybe she''ll find someone else to entertain her.

Its her with the problem, not WM. Its people like this granny who insist on a PC world that make life miserable for everyone else. Here in the naki the big bitchabout is about killing a possum with a hammer, bleeding hearted possum kissing, tree hugging liberal hippies insisting on polictical correctness...
As far as I'm concerned people like this can get a great big humvee up them and then go and have sex with a mango (cheers tacos). End of the day, you appear to be taking this issue to heart when it should be just ignored. Provided that your princial has common sense, it'll come to nothing.
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

    not average law, criminal law......
yes she can blame him all she likes, whats to say hes not the only one doing it?

i wouldnt take advice from anyone if they didnt know what a simple thing like slander is...

if he was doing it on purpose, to be malicious, then its diffrent.

also, you cant take pictures of people without their consent, its under the privacy act... or did you know that already?

oh and while im at it,
*took my photo and reckons she's going to send to the principal of our school, big deal!* - if she is going to complain she would hafto go to the council and make a formal complaint, (all complaints are assessed by the council, and they can take action if they see fit, but only if your breaking a law, (or they might put up a no biking on the grass sign lol) do you wear a uniform? if not she cant send a complaint to your principal (as when your wearing a uniforn out of school grounds your school is suposedly resposible for you)

I think you missed the point. Your understanding of legal slander appears to be incorrect. Slander is typically when one person suffers a financial loss due to a damaged reputation from a (usually) false allegation.

The act typically applies to the unauthorized publishing of photos, not the unauthorized taking of photos.

i didnt miss the point. trust me.

actually slander includes more then finacial loss, slander can cause ruined reputation, as well as embarrassment
    or hurt on another person.

the privacy act has many parts to it, including the personal privacy act.i suggest to take a read you might learn something

Also your forgetting this, she "CAN" send it to the princible and the principal can make life more difficult for said "offender". There is nothing you can do to stop her writing a letter and sending it in, except stalk her and watch her when she posts the letter then go retrive the letter from the letterbox - If its inside a post shop - wear a balaclava.

Personannly I wouldnt do anything except wave at her as you ride past maybe skid on the bit of grass she is getting angry about, If you ride fast enuff she wont be ABLE to take the pic - you will be too blury.

Isn't it still illegal to ride a pushbike on a walkway?
