    Rebuilding my NSR250

My engines ok at the moment, I'm gonna give it 9000 more odd Km and then rebuild the top end.

What I want to know is, how many of you use a torque wrench? I know its important, but a torque wrench is expensve and I cant seem to find one with a low enough range for my bike.

Help, does it matter?? What do you guys do? Are rebuilds easy enough, The instructions are online.

Torque wrenches aren't too badly priced if you keep an eye on the specials. Try someone big like Automotive Supplies.

I havent rebuilt yet, and probably wont due to the mad price of nsr bits, but I found my brothers old torque wrench so i would use it if I did it. So I'll say yes.

What a steaming load of uselessness that is to ya though.

Good idea to use one if you can though, can be sure it's all kosher, but if you're really skimpin' it I imagine as long as you nip it up tight you'll be alright.

Either get a good torque wrench or get a good mechanic to do it for you....
Be sure to put new circlips in, I found out from experience......
