I think people should remember that the rep system is there to show that you agree or disagree (i.e you have a different opinion) with someone else. If your opinion does differ from someone elses... so what... thats life, not everyone sees everything the same way all the time. So yes you can ask someone to change what they have posted, however they have the right to say no, because in actual fact you are asking them to change their opinion, thats no one should have to do....

However Sarge - always remember, its not always about being PC (because yes at times people do need to toughen up) however its also remembering to respect people and not sling shit just because you are on a forum and can.
