Some real interesting facts there.
Glad to say I seem to fit into all the lowest risk categories!
Hugely out of date. Vehicle performance has changed, roading has changed, road use has changed, vehicle use has changed, protective gear has changed, etc, etc, etc.
As painful as it is, I don't see the report being particularly valid anymore, especially as the number of motorcyclists in "Western" countries has diminished greatly since the report was written.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
You would probably find that even if it is dated the majority of statistics would still apply today. Drivers/Riders are still the same human beings, they havn't been altered terribly much to my knowledge.
The statistics have changed dramatically, particularly the number of accidents per kilometre travelled and the average age of the riders have gone WAY up.
