Wellington/Hutt rides - do they happen?

So, am i right in thinking some folk here organise meets in the weelington/hutt area?

There where a bunch of bikes parked up at the bottom end of high street lower hutt last night.. i wonder if that was a group from here?

would be cool to catch up some time if there's another one on at any point.

Is this the right forum to watch for announcments?

yeap that would be us (sadly i couldnt be there as my bikes in the shop).

forum to watch would be the "meetings and events" forum, the cruisy wednesday nigth rides still happen (tcwnr) but the thursday night "hardcore" crew (trtnr) seem to be a tad soft and opting for a night of socialising at breakers instead.

Yep, thats the thursday night crowd. Most of us finish work too late before it gets dark for a ride during winter, but we still meet up for beers and pool at the grumpy mole at about 8. Drop on in next week

thanks for the quick replies. awesome. i was out in my cage last night out the hutt and had to go around the block again to check out the line up of machines parked up on the pavment (for people to walk on - yeah right).

sweet - have to see about catching up with yallll some time. (hutt accent just to try to fit in) - hey nah, i'm from the hutt so yeah, cant hassle to much ay.

mind you - you probably wont want the kinda tatty lookin ol vf messing up your line up of clean new lookin bikes ay.

always keen for a ride as time allows. may try to cart a couple of mates along to.

Hey Glegge - did we meet once a couple of years ago? If it was you, Paul in NZ and I stopped to help with the guy you were riding with that had run his VTR into the cliff face next to the road at the bottom of the Rimutaka hill on the Wairarapa side.

The ones on the flashest bikes are the ones to keep your eye on.....

I hope that bike you looked at for me in auckland is rated a flash one and no you can't ride it hope to see ya on sunday weather isn't looking that great but i'll be there.
