bit late now but yeh, that guy at armstrong really knows his stuff. For the ZXR i had him cut a key to a barrel for the ignition and also one for the tank. He cut the key for the ignition, put it in to check and it fucked the barrel so he rebuilt it and threw in an extra key to boot well pleasesed, that that was $80 all up for both.

The R6 ignition is getting a bit ratty, i've found that a cheap short term solution is to put a drop or two of oil on the top of the ignition and put the key and twist it round, usually keeps it smooth for a few weeks.
