    well i bloody felt it .the grand ol lady i live in is 94 yrs old and was shakin and groovin.......but i was more worried about my new bike falling over in the shed!!!!!!!!no damage done whew

    just figured, I must have been on the way home in the car when it happened, so that's why we didn't feel it. Could have been on the bridge at the time

    judging by the links supplied auckland is a bit far off the fault line to have felt it real good. I did have curry on monday night though... so if we did feel it in auckland i may have just mistaken it for a ring ripper.
