How many people have been executed or incarcerated, because authorities don't give a damn. Unresolved evidence seems like a red rag to a bull to some......convict somebody, anybody,.....just get it out of the way...! As long as there's a scapegoat to absolve the authorities "responsibilities"

Governor issued a statement 7 hours ago stating that the accused would be offered a 15 day reprive to allow for DNA testing.

Now the only hurdles are to convince the State Court and Prosecuting D.A. to allow the testing to go ahead, as they can oppose the request.

Good to see that the American Justice system is prevailing and I hope that the testing does go ahead and provide a conclusive truth to the conviction.

Cheers to those who fired off an e-mail, it may not of meant much or done anything, but to me it exhibits that there are some decent and rational human beings amoungst societies throw-backs.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
