When is a car a bike and a bike a car??

    The Carver 3 wheeler

The Dutch built and designed Carver 3 wheeler is a cross between a car and a motorcycle, unlike the usual modern 3 wheelers though this one has a single wheel at the front just like the old Reliant Robin.

What makes this different from the rest is that it leans just like a motorcycle. Powered by a Japanese turbocharged 660cc four cylinder engine from a Daihatsu Mira microcar, It uses a combination of hydraulic and mechanical system, splitting the steering input of the driver into a front wheel steering angle and a tilting angle. At varying speeds and road conditions, the balance between the front wheel angle and tilting angle is automatically adjusted, ensuring the optimum (balanced) position.
With styling that's in a league with the top Italian studios, an interior to rival the best saloon cars and that radical lean into corners, The Carver is dragging the poor old 3 wheeler into the 21st century.

Do you pay the earth for a carcycle or is it reasonable priced?

It's a car with three wheels instead of four.
Just see what any owner would claim it was when they are told to wear a helmet if they call it a bike.

Clarkson sitting in the back with his legs wrapped around the drivers seat looked cosy too.
