For those concerned about liablity for the accident, this will be a "topic of discussion" with the track manager and his bosses on monday. Someone may have made some assumptions that they should not have resulting in some confusion. In the circumstances, I would think that proving a case of criminal nuisance might be tricky. Knowing some of the track management, I am sure new procedures will be in place very quickly.

For the record, this evening Frosty was blaming no one in particular simply saying "shit happens" (his words).
I'll let Frosty take it from here.

until the exact circumstances of the incident are known, no one should be blaming anyone nor should they be expecting anyone other than the injured party to pay for any medical costs or repairs to bikes.

    And get well soon

Jeez Frosty. Get well soon mate.

I pretend I can always leave
Free to go whenever I please
But then the sound of my desperate calls
    Echo off these dungeon walls
I've crossed the line from mad to sane
A thousand times and back again
I love you baby, I'm in chains
    I'm in chains
    I'm in chains
    I'm in chains

Definitely not good to hear Frosty.
All the best with your recovery.
90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.
