Yes it does. But a learn of what exactly is the question. The lession taught that time was, what exactly happens when you push beyond the bike/rider abbilites. The learner if you mean to refer to as a "teacher", would be the Clint dude on the KTM. The learnee is obviously Glen, aka Speed Medic.

I know the recieveing end of the learn, but I learnt, therefore I am a learner, but I was learned, therefore, I am a learnee.
