Well he was plastered and ended up plastered all over Manchester St

Coker's Hotel was at 59 Manchester St near the Hole in The Wall snack bar a couple of doors down from where Whiting's Honda was or Ogilvies Hotel nearer Moorhouse Ave.

The old man when he was in the MOT had to attend an accident outside Coker's where a drunk guy had walked out in front of a car & had his head run over, when they identified who the guy was it turned out to be a good mate of my Grandfather's who'd been at their home (upper Riccarton Police station) only two nights earlier for tea

Yeah Cokers's that's it. A lot of those old guys used to drink there.

I am looking at locating any members of the 1960's motorbike gang called the Devil's Disciples. It was based in Wanganui and the Prseident was Peter Collins. I was a member around 1968-9 and was called Crash. Maybe if there are enough we could have a reunion.
