I've changed the image browser so censored images don't display by default if you have the censor option set. Not that it makes much difference as you'd only see the censor thumb anyway.

Also if you need to check if your images are censored, you can do so using thee image browser. View your own images by using the filter link or the option in your member name link pulldown, then uncheck the censor option in the image display options pulldown then hit search.

I kept getting told that he images was censored but they did not come up that way before. I know a few kids that are brousing the site, they where most impressed with the level of pron on site, however their parents where not...

I've got a few gigs of porn in my computer. In theory and in practice, I'm your typical "filthy" male.

However postings of material of this kind with in KB really gets under my skin. This is not the place for that kind of carry on!!

Keep in mind that I still don't mind the lovely pics of brolly dollies etc. (Fishslayer, you rock!).

There's a problem with switching the censor option from off to on. The normal and censor thumb have the same URL and if you have previously viewed the uncensored thumb, you PC will just pull that image from it's cache after turning the censor option. You would have to force a refresh to display the censor thumb. It's something thats on my todo list to fix.

The way I see it is porn is neither good nor bad. If an individual chooses to look at porn, that does not make them a pervert, sick, debauched, disgusting or any negative term other people choose to label them with. Just in the same way that people who do not look at porn are not better, more respectable or more decent than their porn-loving counterparts.

I used to look at porn, I'll admit it. I don't anymore, I'll admit that too. As long as porn is made by consenting adults, and watched by consenting adults, I nor anyone else has any right to judge either party. If you detest porn and think that all involved will be turned away from the pearly gates and spend eternity buring up in hell then that's fine, just don't you (or anyone else) DARE judge anyone else for it, or try to force your ignorant, narrowminded views on people in an attempt to change their practices to suit your views.

With regard to adult content on websites, there really is no debating it's acceptability, or relevance on any site you visit. A website's content and values are decided by the creator/owner of the site, and those values are either stated in the rules/agenda of the site, or in its implied content. By that I mean, for example, on KB we know there is a lot of good social content, alot of informative bike related content, as well as a little adult orientated (or purely adult) content in the way of bike related erotica, or even pure erotica and sometimes full porn. The amount of adult related content when compared to general content is very small. And most of the time it is fairly clearly outlined or pre-warned. It is up to the individual viewing the site to choose whether they look at that content or not.

And for those that are concerned about minors reading this site, they should compare this site with the average of the rest of bike related sites on the net, as well as general sites and life in general. Your kids are exposed to the same, infact more adult content while on other websites or life in general (Movies, TV, radio, music, social interaction.) If you are concerned either trust that they will make the decisions you want them to (based on your values, and what you have taught them), or monitor and control what they do in all the areas I mentioned above.

I think you will find that impossible to do, partly because you can never be with them 24/7 (this is where you trust what you've taught them), but mostly because societies values/culture has changed since you were their age. And that again is neither good nor bad...

Looks like your wanting to pick a fight here and you definitely are a case of do as I say but not what I do here, eh. If you are a tad slow, I stongly recommend that you actually find the definition of the word yourself. Because your ignorance on the matter and your assumption of what it means is pathetic. As for the PMing, thats been apologised about. Get over yourself also Quasi, your just contradicting yourself. Oh well, I feel that the whle point I was actually trying to make has not managed to find the top story and maybe the lift got stuck on its way up? Many KBers actally agree with what Im trying to actually say, but apparently there are also the "I don't give a F" KBers out there. I'm not anti pron at all, I'm anti having the harder stuff there on a site that kids want to use. Get it now?

Nope dont get it, couldnt imagine a Kid who wants to view porn would pick this site as a first or for that matter a last stop. And parents who let there kids surf randomly are obviously not concerned what they look at anyway.
