due to the weather in hamilton?

it's unfair that hamilton get's the shitty-weathered end of the stick.. although it may still clear up..

Shit was on the piss last night in Tauranga, so slept in this morning & didn't see this post till midday when I decided to check my emails.
I would have liked to do this today.
Weather has been shit here but looks only dicey now, would have risked it.

Coro turned it on once again Leaving Vegas it was foggy and drizzly but it always rains in Vegas. Had my ball & chain on the back so it was a bit of a struggle for the rat to keep up. We both had a most excellent day so thanks for the great company guys....even the :spudwow: .
Cheers BB2 for the escort home. Was good to have you clearing the way for us. Got pissed on between Waihi & Katikati but fine the rest of the way. Geez those twisties after Whanga are as slippery as a wet slippery thing. 'tis a totally different ride in the wet.

Korn is never lonely with his fish'n chip. Spud was the lonely one wonder if that'll teach him

Scracha, glad ya didn't nearly crash today. Once was enough eh? No good ending up in the field...or the paddock...or was it the pitch? Did you need the wet gear in the end?

That was this year's pant staining moment...I guess I was overdue one as Summer had been pretty incident free.

Fields are for farmers, pitches are for football (and rugby :-) players and ged only knows what a paddock is for. In any event, it was a nasty gravelly bit. Rear tyre is a nice bald square shape now. I'd like to blame the SOB's 80's suspension and shagged tyres but to be honest I think I lost the front end on the carp gravell ridden road surface and in trying to keep up with a certain blackbird hadn't left my usual (huge) margin for error. Did I mention (again) how much I miss my TDM.

Bizarrely, even though I took the wet gear I just managed to miss all the rain on Monday morning. The weather ged's must have been smiling on me.

Blackbirdy bike was fast on the straight bits, amazing on the brakes but a bus around the corners (rider must have had quite pumped up arms with all the braking and pushing it around them hairpins).
CBR600 was embarassingly fast for a SOB ridden 2's up.
Bumble bee bike was just......fast. Hope rider has good medical insurance.

Put-put that most impressed me was the stealthy red VTR. Just looked so effortless even when ridden by sickboy.

Pardon my French but what a fuckin nice day it was...good roads, good weather and good company.
