    I second this sugestion, I remove viruses for a living and use this combo. Never fails. Also check out an antivirus called Norman. Norton is a clumsy large beast of a thing that slows PC's into the ground.

    ditto dumped norton as i was constantly being hit with virus's

    got some cheap software from the supermarket that works 100% better

    Yeah, if it's for non-commercial use then Avast is the one to choose at the momment.

    Commercial anti-virus...probably Nod32 (maybe with Kerio Firewall). For a whole security suite then McAffee Internet Security.

    Pete Norton's beast has gotten too bloated and it's now a cobbled together pieceof $hit.
