I couldn't see any constraints is to how the vouchers were used which leaves the idea open to all sorts of abuse, not just profiteering.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not even going to TD4 and have no interest in buying and reselling tickets.

I would be in for the voucher idea, I have a couple of deserving people in mind. This would be a great way to say thanks to both.

Quite happy to bring my own lunch.

Oh for sure... just making an observation that it would have been easier to organise if we just brought our own lunches...

Nice one Frosty, the full track is a worthwhile upgrade IMO.

If you purchased a gift voucher instead of a regular place at the track, would it be possible to sell that ticket to someone else if (for what ever reason) come November you are no longer able to make it to the track day?

And what happens if the voucher is misplaced? Would you keep a list of all the numbers and who purchased it in case one is lost? Obviously this would need to be fairly closely monitored by you to make sure no bastard tries to rip you off.

Did I hear talks of them putting up some pit buildings or something? Will these be up by November?

The gift vouchers will be numbered and accounted for.
There is nothing to stop them being onsold.
The idea really is for people like say stiffy wqanting to buy GG a prezzy -or trashy for riff raff--ya get the picture -the place is reserved the voucher goes out just like any other booking.
