I've got a loser nephew like that - hardly done an honest day's work in his life, into drugs, stealing, lying - anything that gets him money. Borrowed money off my mother (at my sister's urging) and has never paid it back. Had a dog that got taken off him because he wasn't feeding it. Smashed his car into a three-week-old BMW and then hid his car and told the cops it had been stolen. (Got caught, not surprisingly, and is still paying off the debt!)

Total loser - he was indulged all his life and never had to face his responsibilities - yet his sister, who was given a pretty hard time growing up, has turned into a lovely woman, she has a good job, a house, three kids and a loving husband.

Just shows that even kids from the same family with the same blood can turn out remarkably different. And that a bit of guidance when young pays off huge dividends as children become adults.

Families - you can't live with them and you can't shoot them either!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

headbanger....we were both adopted as babies....well, ive never been told any different, so guess is must be true.

IL4....good stuff. if i had somewhere to go....thats exactly what id do. id give anything to be outta here and gone. thats what earns respect...doin the hard yards and comin out the other end all the better for it!

beemer.....yep...tossers had his fair share of accidents....one he rolled his new car [bought by guess who?] took out a road sign, someones brick fence and nearly killed himself and his mates. car was a write off. like i say, where the heck is darwin?
one good thing though, is because we're adopted, we dont have the same blood. as far as i know, the blood in my veins is the only part of my family in this town. besides, as someones sig says on here "members of the same family dont always live under the same roof" which is true. ive got people in canada i consider more family than anything ive got here.

insanity...bling for that man. even the biggest heap can be more reliable if looked after properly. guy i lived with has a 65 panhead...hes the 2nd owner, and has every little bit of work done on the bike well documented and everything written down and stored. hes also got a shovelhead...same thing. folders full of pages, all documenting what work was done, how much it cost, the works.

Wow how incredibly frustrating for you... personally I am a believer in karma... my X has lived his life bludging off friends and family and now he is finally running out of people that are willing to put up with him 'borrowing' their bike/car and dossing on their sofa for weeks at a time... we all get what we deserve eventually...
