But falling off a bike and getting hit in the head are pretty close. Both hurt.

Rugby and league are just as dangerous as boxing IMO - but I would prefer to get in the ring with someone my own weight, (and probably skill level) knowing full well they are going to try and take my head off, rather than get tackled unexpectedly from the side, breaking legs, twisting knees etc...

If you want to go in a 4x4 ring and knock yourselfs out then go for it but i woulndn't be cheering for yous or for anyone else including pete.I see boxing as violent senceless sport and dont see how you can get the same enjoyment out of that and riding your bike.I have 5 grandsons and if either of my daughters where to put there boys into boxing i would fight them vermently to stop it.But that is just my view and we are all entitled to our view.
