Perhaps jumping to Yamaha wasn't such a good idea. It will be interesting to see who he rides for in the future.

    figured that...

who else will ever have the chance of being 500/MotoGP/800 champion?

he'd be a muppet to pass that up.

Yep, that and he's looking for a challenge.... this season looks like it's gonna be a real challenge for him once Yamaha get their shit sorted.
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

and I am sure he* can get the Yam handling in time to stop the little man getting to far ahead in the Championship. Remeber he did bring the Yam to victory in his first season on it, even after coming from the all conquoring rcv211.

    * and his pit crew who are rather good, Jeremy Burgess followed him across didnt he?

It's much easier to win a season witha few good finishes at the start, than to play catch up all year.

Nicky Hayden or Marco Melandri are the ones I'd put my $20 on - anyone up for it?

Hes a legend.Maybe he will change to umm...honda! i know he wouldnt but it could also be intresting to see him on suzuki too see whos right the people who think the zukis are the best with crap riders or just impossible to not rip up the tyres with there narrow powerbands.
