    Becoming part of the community!

Over the last 4 months my trusty FZR250R have travelled distances mainly between Auckland and Tauranga, and its amazing the respect there is as between most riders out there I found 95% of bikers going the other way will give a frendly wave which is great!
Passing like that and a wave is polite so I thought I should get involved and get to know more of those KB's out there! So here I am.

Yes like many aged riders I have had to put up with the hassles and frustrations of not having a bike (and after a few months of being on the bike I miss it)! Yes a lovely cager didnt see me, and decided to turn in front of me so I have learnt the in's and outs of insurance, getting quotes and frustraion on the few sunny weekends we have in auckland where a ride would just go down well! Oh and battling traffic in my gas guzzling cage!! Luckly I only only left a tiny amount of skin as a peace offering to the road.

Theres alot more to know about me and im sure you will all find out in due time, I dont exactally want to write a thesis of a post!

    Over and out

    Welcome aboard
The views expressed above may not match yours - But that's the reason my Dad went to war - wasn't it?

Brrrr!!! Are you sure you closed the door? Welcome, grab a hot toddy kick back and relax - it's been a long wekend.

Welcome aboard - on a Sunday morning you spend most of the time riding one handed, the other waving to other bikers (hmmmm just realised, I must be going the wrong direction!) - its all good, enjoy

Welcome - I only started riding 3 months ago after driving cages for 30+ years. It's amazing how you do have things in common with people you have never met. I always either nod or wave whenever I pass another bike.
I have become more aware of bikes on the raod (even though I always dropped back and moved to the left when one appeared behind me). But this place can become very addictive.
    Again - Welcome
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker
