    Goddam, what a tosser

got home from work...saw my brothers bike sitting out front... now he is someone i have as little to do with as possible, given the things hes done to me and my parents. [we are both adopted, so not related thank god!!]

seems hes almost outta petrol and has no money. 26 and still begging mum for her last $10. surely he knows when hes running out and to keep some money aside for it? i just dont understand how he can be so thick and still be alive? COME ON DARWIN!

he rides a harley [that my parents paid for] and rides it only when he wants to show off that "hes a big tough biker cos hes got a harley with all the bolt on bits" really pisses me off he does...i love harleys....his is the only one i truly hate. hes just got outta jail for possession and growing... not the first time hes been in court for the same thing, but perviously, mum and dad have bailed him out. its only cos they were broke that he went down this time.

free to a crap home....one tosser who thinks hes just gods gift and that the sun shines out his ass.

Any chance your parents will toughen up? Its bloody hard being a parent but often the right thing to do is let the kid - especially at 26 - face the consequences.

Its no help but I see kids at 40yrs who still look to Mum and Dad for help.

Sugar + petrol tank - take once a day till problem goes away.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

He sounds like a prime example of a very poor return on your parents investment. -

col...you can have him for free!! ill even post him! just promise a photo, or video footage. or both!!

winston, highly unlikely. all his bullshit started when he was about 16....10 years. and for 10 years ive been watching and telling them what needs to be done...but hell, i was only 11. not worth listening too. id often wake up to be told he was in hospital...got to the point where i didnt care.

motu...problem was though, that they did everything for him, you know? not a problem with neglect or anything....though i guess over doing it could be classed as.
we were both spoilt as kids....but there is no way id treat my parents like he does. would never come begging for money...i know when my gas is getting low and when to top it up. i keep a $10 petrol voucher on me at all times in case i do get caught out...had it since start of april and havent even looked at it.

maha man....aint that the truth! but then id likely be sitting here with a black eye or worse!

You can choose your friends but unfortunately not your family. Have your parents heard of the "Toughlove" programme, it may help them. As things are now they aren't doing him or themselves any favours.

One of my old boss' and two adpoted children, a girl an a boy. Same thing happened with his boy, always in trouble, always asking for money, always got what he wanted.

It's seems for some parents no is a hard thing to say.

i think its too late for him now. all i know is when they are dead and buried, hes gonna find it hard, cos i intend to cut all ties.

r4...who was adopted first? he is older than me...so got treated "better" than me, and also was mum and dads only for 5 years. dunno really what the differences were....guess i was just watching from the outside and saw what he did and how they reacted...the day he was arrested for possession and growing, dad came home, saw the cop cars outside bens flat and promptly collapsed. i will never forget that.

    cola....do as you wish, sir!!!

Heh, I thought it was every kids job to have the cops arrive in large numbers at the family home, and to mooch money off them.

Anyhow, if he arrived in the house at a later age then the damage was most probally done. Rather then being treated "better" your parents could most probally recorgnise he was less capable so they filled in where he was lacking. More power to them for doing so, whether it was the wrong or right approach it certianly would have been and probally still is difficult, but thats the nature of things, hard tasks very rarely have easy solutions.

    Arrow Meh

I guess when you get what you want when you want it becomes a habit. Sounds like hes a dropkick, running off to the parents when he needs something? I stopped doing that when I was 17 and left home. Had to ride shitters most of my life though. Really sounds like your better off away from him and its a pity that your parents can't see him for the freeloader that he is, by the sounds of things. Respect is something that is earnt and I'd respect someone on a 2nd hand shitter GN250 brought by themself, compared to a brand new HD that was purchased by the parents.

I hate it when people grow older and don't grow up! Sunhuntin sounds like you got your head on straight and stand on your own two feet. Theres much more achievement it doin it for yourself.
When I get shit about riding a heap I always counter that I own my heap, I paid cash for my heap and my $600 heap has given me every dollar of fun back. Darwin will win over with people like that, Karma has patience and sometimes a sense of humor. A guy I grew up with always had everything given to him ie almost brand new celica etc and was a complete wanker. The most satisfying thing was 10 years later I pulled into a gas station (OK in my old bosses BMW but he didn't know that) and he filled my tank. Apparently his parents cut him off.
