I dont like computers + cars / bikes. I like pistons and petrol. Although If its a shit box car a decent stero is nice. I Likes the cars with the "distance to empty" and "Km per L" on the dash. But gps? Maybe if I was a tourist overseas... but only then if the hire car had it.. Whats wrong with a map?
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

We drive a Honda Ellesion ( sp) well just about everything goes beep /whistle ..burp

The dashboard tells you everything from air temp to average km/l and inlet Hg
Has a reversing camera ( which is very usefull)
The console has an Awesome stereo that takes a Pc card, so i connect any card /HD that connects through a pc card ,,,

DVD /CD Tv player But the Gps system is cool you type in the telephone number and a voice guides you ... 300 meter migi hogo desu !

    ( turn right in 300 meters )

it even tells you when you are drifting in you lane when driving on the motorway !

So I switch the FR$%^&*ing thing off! .....its good when you dont know the address , tokyo is a nightmre to navigate in

but other than that and checking for traffic flow the brain is better !!!

I can defend speeding tickets now.
Price was a bit of a deal with the importer, but retail is around $1200 with the bike mount kit.
Got to Blenhiem and back OK in the F100 'lorry', never needed a GPS OR a radar detector, saved over $2000 on those two items, shame the petrol bill was about $450 though!!!

Good on ya Lou, technology like that is way too much effort to get my head around for day-to-day use but would be handy to have.

I entered 'scumdog' and it showed me exactly where you live. That's technology for you, there was even a rum bottle icon showing.

And I can use it to defend speeding tickets too!

    It's all good so far.
