Dunno~ tuned expansion chambers take up a bit of room so I'm guessing that's why they bend the exhaust pipe around.
Unless you want another foot of exhaust sticking out behind you?

I wouldnt trust one after mine spat me off at 130ish on the northwestern. That scooter is gay anyway. A tuned scooter is can be good for around 180km/hr. this goes up with the bigger cc ones of course, but the ayreo dynamics is what slows them down.
