Add up the number of meetings and work out the number of people that attend these meetings.

Add in, the cost of some GREAT graphic (say $1,000)

$7,000 is quite a competitive amount for a rolling billboard.

Some corporates would like a weekly report for the staff or company newsletter, pictures for the website and attendance at corporate do's.

banks won't be keen but tech companies with a 'younger' outlook would be a good idea.

Trick is to present a package with a CLEAR exec summary of exactly what deliverables (note - not podium finishes, you cannot promise you will win) will come from said $7,000..
