Manfeild June 10 - Welly crew.

I believe that there is a 'test' day at Manfield this weekend (Saturday). I should clarify with Garry H wether its ok for us bunnies to get out there, but Im keen to head up.

It is $80 to have some sessions. There were 4 groups up there last Friday so I would imagine the same will occur on Saturday.

Anyone keen to head up for the day? Weather is looking favourable so far.

I may even get out on the track. So if there is anyone out there who hasnt passed anyone on a trackday, heres your chance!

Well A. I'm working and B. I aint go no ride. So unless work lets me have the day off and Deano lends me his bike I won't be going.

I would think this one will be quite alot busier for several reasons.

1/ Its on a Saturday
2/ Its the only practice before next weekends Vic round
3/ Theres a car meeting on the next day so alot more cars will be there (maybe not as many drifters).

Not a good idea to check with me as I have nothing to do with the running of these days. Serious racers may not like going out and having to overtake someone going out on a roadbike riding all sorts of odd lines learning the track. But it really comes down to whos there on the day I think. Last weekend everyone was doing reasonably close times and the number of bikes was small.

To be honest Ive kinda gone off the idea. The day, as Garry suggests, is kinda for the racers. I did the same trip last Friday and dont relish doing it again if Im not getting out on the track. Ill flag I think. Sorry guys.

I'm still keen to go up just for a ride (not to go on the track). How about meet at the elephant pond and leave at 10am? You others still keen (I need someone to show me the way!!)? (weather should be ok)
