    Good luck this weekend

Just wanted to wish dss3, vtec, texmo and anyone else racing in the VMCC round this weekend at Manfield. Especially to texmo who will be making his debut appearance in the Super-Streetstock class representing the Kawasaki ROK krew. Best of luck to you all, hope the weather holds out for you and that everything goes well for you.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Hey, thanks Gareth. Was hoping you'd be doing your first F3 race at this meeting. Pity you won't be there, I'm planning to race F3 aswell as Streetstock at this meeting (weather and management permitting), so I was really looking forward to it, however, it looks like the weather might be pretty shit though, so I'm feeling a bit frustrated already, I hate having to hold back.

And RG, you'll be please to know that the bike is running on all cylinders nearly all the time now, and I've sorted the brakes once and for all, or at least for the moment, I'm really feeling confident about the brakes, so I hope to be getting under 1:30's weather permitting.

Im sorry you streetstock racers, but my flatemate Neil is going to be taking the top spot this weekend again. (as its meant to be raining)

Im doing 2 classes, (F2 and Superbike). Am going to be screwed at the end of the day!

lets hope it rains so we are at lease on the same lap as you.

Vtec what year is your bike ?? 89? you could do post classics. there are quite a few guys doing 132's etc in there, could be another option for you.

Good luck to all the kiwibiker racers, should be interesting. weather, well it might hold out. But watch the drive down/up tomorrow its going to be sh!t.

Hmmm, close, it's a 1990. I like F3 anyway, I got in some real good battles with about midpack at AMCC round 5 at Taupo. F3 rocks for me, even though there are guy going way faster, there's usually plenty doing my pace.

Haha, yeah I did the numbers, and am planning to lap a few ... weather permitting. I shouldn't be talking it up, I could end up eating pavement.

And thanks mental, I only like writing them if I think they are good to read, and not just an ego trip for me, that would be embarrassing. Usually I'm still hyped when I write them, so they are written with passion.

Nah mikey isnt gonna be racing im taking his bike down for him though, if he gets out in f2 my money is on him, just because he will go around with a can of degreaser on everybody elses tyres.

I hope its not raing that would be a huge downer for me since im slow in the wet. what were the lap times last round and whats the fastest lap time somebody has done around manfeild in street stock anybody know?
