Why do prisons need Sky? Send someone to prison....Rehabilitate them (This means giving personal one-on-one tuition....Appartently chemistry is a favourite with inmates....)
Now THIS system works almost as well as Auckland public transport!

Sorry mate , but I dont agree. The amount of time they will spend under state medcial care out numbers there puny habit $ input. Smokers get cancer FACT Drinkers ruin there livers FACT, 2nd hand smoking is again a major money eater in healths services across the globe......

So i reacon spending $1 on a bullett and then using it on is the cheaper option all round....
