Nah, that was 'H8 PIGS' (from memory) on a black VT commodore. Saw that car pulled over on two occassions up the road from work. Seen the same car around with a std plate now. There was even a story about it in the press (editors diary) asking (tongue in cheek) if the owner was a disgruntled pig farmer.
