I'd be keen, only thing is I have my kids every second weekend, which would count me out next weekend, but a starter for the following.

    Will there be any trucks?

Tis ok Patch, didn't think you were goin sideways at me.

Thanks for the ride guys. Sorry I was slowing you down a bit, but I did warn you, hence the crawl/cruise ride. Nice scenery out the back of the lake, thanks for showing us that Marty

Oz hope you and the bike are all Ok, you'll probably feel it tomorrow. Hope everyone else made it home safe.

I got flashed by mr plod coming back from Cambridge through to Taupiri, plus saw a couple more milling around. They must use that area for training eh!

Pic attached for ya photo albums.

    Cheers again.

Thanks for the ride guyz and thanks for orgainsing Blackadder. Great to put a few tags to faces.

    T. Oz - Sorry to hear about your off. Like Connor - If I'd known you binned it, I would have stopped for sure. Thank god you're OK.

Patch - I see you could resist a wheelie or two @ at the Servo before Matamata. All good and lovely to watch. Nice to know a few 35+'s can still hang it out. Would've have been keen for a ride tomorrow but I have got some housework to do after being an absent dad/husband.....bla bla bla...

    Until the next time.

I figured that was the way the ride was advertised!! That's why I came on this one!!

Anyway I had a great day apart from coming around the corner and finding one of our group in the ditch! Good to see all was OK when we got him out and we soon got on our way again.

Hope everybody made it home safe and sound.

Be good to try out some more of those really twisty bits that Marty was enlightening us about. Have to organise that some time soon, but only for those who ain't scared of going around the corners at the same speed they like to fly down the straights at. They know who they are - farkin foreigners!
Yeah we do know who we are...but then again we didnt realize we had to ride in a way that suits you and not us.You just keep bragin about wat you think you can & cant do on ya bike like ya were today & the rest of us will keep riding just the way we want to.
That aside a good day was had & hope to ride with yas again sometime.

Thanks for the ride, good to put some faces to web names.

Had a great ride home via Arapuni, Wharepapa South, Mangakino, Whakamara and home via Poihipi rd. Virtually no cars, good pace (for me) and only one rectum tightning moment coming down the hill to the Mangakino Dam....damn that moss on the road is slippery!...managed to ride it out and survive another day.

There really are some awsome roads down our way...you could spend a good hour or two just playing in the Waikite Valley alone as well as the above mentioned roads. Next track day take an extra day and do some exploring, you won't be disappointed...........always happy to play tour guide.

You gotta be on about me, but Iv'e learnt the hard way when it comes to unknown roads, rather get safely around the corner and live another day
Also I tend not to push the corners too hard in winter wet patches and all

T.O. sorry to hear about your little off-road stint perhaps a super motard would be more fitting for the job

Good to meet the rest of you guys as well, ride home was brisk to say the least, neck muscles were on fire had to stop and have a few Murphys.

    Catch y'll all next time!
