Tyres - Which ones for Road/Adventure Riding

    Hi all

Sorry to probably ask this for the millionth time, I searched for the info but couldnt find exactly what I was looking for.
Mods - I wasnt sure which topic I should post this in, so please feel free to move.

I have an XR250, it is currently set up for offroad (trial) riding, now I want to do more on road riding, but which tyre do I use? (or would you recommend to use)
I want to start exploring the North Island a bit more, I will obviously do all of riding on the seal, but I want to do the back country roads, which as you all know are gravel.
I also on the odd occasion ride on rough tracks (not full mud farm tracks) but ones that you cant really class as a gravel road.

EG Leave Napier up to Wairoa, thru Waikaremoana to Minginui and then back to Napier, lots of gravel and forestry to ride.

    Cheers
