Artistic person help please

Okay i have this picture, i can't seam to find another one.

What i wanna do is pull the dragon out of the picture, and also pull the bottle out of hand and place it, like one on left hand side,

Is this at all possible.
Or if anyone can find a better picture of the 'corona dragon' would be good also

I can do it, but will take me a little time. What do you want to do with the bottle exactly? put it into the other hand??

i want the bottle gone.
i want the two hands to look simlar, and i watn the back photo gone,

so i have the dragon ripping out of thin air, showning both his hands, like his left hand,
if at all possible.

take you half an hour to DL an illegal copy of photoshop and teach yourself how to do it better than this!

EDIT: Shit if you did this with a steady hand in paint it cxan be done easy

1: Cut out using the wiggly cut button in the top left the left side of the dino
2: Past in to new picture
3: Flip
4: rotate a little
5: flip a copy back
6: join the two together

okay i been using computers for over 15 years, i know 25+ programming lauanages, i can pretty much teach myself any bit of computer software, apart from when it comes to artistic stuff, i have problems colouring in between the lines in a book let alone anything else. I tried teaching myself photoshop and like, and no matter what i do everything ends up worse than what it started like.

i just don't realy have an artistic bone in my body
