Had a similar chase once - latched onto the wannabe Monkey Mob lot one night and they wouldn't stop, I had the boys up front out in the country waiting with the spikes and I was thinking "wohoo, I'll get to see the spikes in action" and at the last moment they hit the pics and ran (dogs got then 15mins later)
I thought "WTF how could they have known about the spikes" ?

But nooo, after chasing them for 35km it just so happened they just ran out of petrol about 200 yrds before the spikes and decided to do a runner on foot, apparently I latched onto them (they were speeding into town) just as they were looking for a car to steal petrol from.

Car was owned by one of the desperados sisters so no worries if it had got four flat tyres (it was impounded anyway)

They probably took some other poor bastards stolen gear from a previous theft.

As long as it's not the same Dads watch as in Pulp Fiction.
But you're more likely to get treasures like last months rancid KFC boxes, blocked P pipes, withered dope plants and old beer bottles filled with piss because they are too lazy to find the toilet.

We used to raid our mates flat, once they trashed ours and a few months later my mate found a picture in his camera of his hash pipe up someones arse. Arse was identified, traced and kicked. Bloody funny.

That's what I get for bluffing quotes I guess.

"The way your dad looked at it, this watch was your birthright. He'd be damned if any slopes was gonna put their greasy, yellow hands on his boys birthright, so he hid it. In the one place he knew he could hide something, his ass."
