I never tryed to hide the fact. I would probally clean up on the bucket if I could loose 20kg. There is only so much that 15hp can do.

Its harder to lose weight than gain horsepower.

Im enjoying all the pics guys. Keep it up!

Heres my bike. I picked it up for $5995 brand new, its now done over 16,000kms without skipping a beat. The reason I bought it was to mainly commute and do the odd weekend ride. I also toured the south island on it for 3 weeks.

Does an indicated 180 at redline in top, but the thing is just too heavy to seriously throw around in the twisties.

    Mods Ive done:

    De-baffled exhaust
    Fitted sticky bridgestones
Removed centre stand (heavy and too low)
Cut off rear mudguard (looks way better)

My green beast of a ZXR. Was black until I masterfully painted it in the only true colour any Kawasaki should be.

Things happen a little slower with the luggage on but it still cruised at 120 all day long. The motors are a twin but still feel quite buzzy at open road speeds.

The fairings for the CBR400RR was painted by crazefox. He has done a good job of it. Good price. Highly recommemend.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Crazefox did everything. I just handed him the pieces (a couple of pieces with slight crack which he repaired), waited a few weeks for it to be done and pick it up. Look at his posts and you should be able to get an idea of the prices that he indicated. I did the pasting of the decals myself. He is quite happy to do it and put clear coat on top if you want to.

This was what it looked like before.
