    Flatmate Wanted.

Ok folks, We're moving house soon (23rd July) and looking for a flatmate to help with the rent. We want someone who is fairly quiet, tidy and sociable and doesn't mind kids or animals (we're gonna get a sheep for when poo's comes to visit, or maybe just a guinea pig or something.) We don't want a recluse or a noisy bastard (except for his/her bike, that's ok)

It's gonna be me, Vicky and her four year old daughter.

I'm not so abusive in person, really, I'm not.

Vicky is. But her daughter is well behaved and actually a bloody good laugh.

The house is in rural South Auckland and is on a fuckin big section with a fantastic garden and wicked outdoor entertaining areas on the big decks. It has a decent sized living room with open fire, so if you like the homely atmosphere it will suit you. There is no garage but there are a couple of sheds and I may look into getting another shed just for bikes. There is plenty of parking.

It is 5 minutes from Papakura railway station (i'll be taking the choo choo to work cos I'm in the city) but if you work in South Auckland it is handy for the motorway.

It is right on the edge of some fantastic roads, one of the attractions for me, and away from the hustle of the city.

We're going to be looking for $110 a week for a double room, if you're looking for cheapo you can have the small room for $80, so if you are interested PM me for more detail and I'll tell you what you want to know.

Dover the family man, I never thought I'd see the day.

Unfortunately I have a kid and girlfriend, otherwise that'd be a mighty fine offer considering I just started working out in South Auckland.

This actually sounds like a piss take.

Hey MarkAuckland, here's the perfect chance for you to move out of your mum's place... I'm sure Dover & Vix would love to have ya!
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

I like kids. Have a whole farm full of animals I need to shift down.

I like my music really really loud. So I hope you don't have neighbours that live really close.

I have a car with the boom booms, blinga ling, and a real noisey exhaust. I hope you like cars as much as bikes.

One question though... Will you cook me dinner every night cause I really can't cook. Oh and I'll need someone to do my laundry and stuff.

    Look forward to moving in.
