Ok folks, I've moved in and am looking for a flatmate to help with the rent. I want someone who is fairly quiet, tidy and sociable. I don't want a recluse or a noisy bastard (except for his/her bike, that's ok)

It's gonna be me and whoever else I can get.

I'm not so abusive in person, really, I'm not.

The house is in rural South Auckland and is on a fuckin big section with a fantastic garden and wicked outdoor entertaining areas on the big decks. It has a decent sized living room with open fire, so if you like the homely atmosphere it will suit you. There is no garage but there are a couple of sheds and I may look into getting another shed just for bikes. There is plenty of parking.

It is 5 minutes from Papakura railway station (i'll be taking the choo choo to work cos I'm in the city) but if you work in South Auckland it is handy for the motorway.

It is right on the edge of some fantastic roads, one of the attractions for me, and away from the hustle of the city.

I'm looking for $120 a week for a double room, if you're looking for cheapo you can have the small room for $80, so if you are interested PM me for more details and I'll tell you what you want to know.
