Fuck careful. You are going to get all the hippies excited now
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Well,um...sorta.Being on tank water and a septic water management was important....specially with a couple of kids.I made a pump that transfered the bath water to the washing machine, then the washing machine and bath emptied into a holding tank,I used it on the garden in summer. But in winter I just ran the hose down the back and it emptied onto the farm, there was a stream and a pond with frogs.

The farm behind was made into a vineyard, you can see the straight lines of the vines in the photo.Further down the valley it went into the abandoned scrubland of Stoney Ridge - this got turned into some huge vineyards, with restraunt and Chalets. Our quiet little rural setting was turning into an industrial centre and tourist meca.Still better than having a motorway in your backyard I suppose.....
