woops i mean 35 kms. was quite windy in places alright, but growing up in wgtn it's still pretty tame. which reminds me...

    Commute

Ride to work was sweet. No rain and clear run to the city from North Shore. Ride back, not so good. Couldn't see jack on the bridge and got generally rained and winded on all the way home.

    Hurrah for waterproof gear.

Just orrible today. Had a half day and came home at 12pm and even then was the AK Southern M'way chocker!! Strongest winds I've faced on the bike for a while...had to concentrate on my balance a tad more.

Sure am glad I wasn't riding into Wellington City- I may have taken the bike for its first swim in the ocean with the gusts you guys get?
