So basically, the mighty US of A is scared that another country might come close to having even a 10th (most likely less) of the firepower they have... so they are really only a threat to the US. And thats what it boils down to right?
Not really condisering China has the biggest Army in the world but....

The United States is widely regarded as the world's sole military superpower. But many experts expect China to challenge that status on the military front by early next century. Still Western analysts see little reason to fear from China's military:

Its 2.8 million-person army is the world's largest but is poorly trained and equipped.

Its 8,500 tanks are slow, small and out-of-date.

The 4,000 fighter planes in the Chinese air force are mostly from the 1960s and 1970s and lack modern avionics.

Its navy's 61 submarines and 54 surface ships are capable of little more than coastal patrols
But Pakistan is a friend Lou.....

I know you wanna stay out of this and you are very pro-america

But you could have some good input here.

In your above statement you said they "will" use them...

Against who? Who do they hate enough to start WW3? (cause one nuke is all it takes)

so then it must be a man thing

"my dick is bigger than yours"

Solution: Any country that wants to start a war with another country should get the leaders of those respective countries and put the two in a room together, no weapons just thier big dicks and after 24 hours open the room again... the surviving leader wins the war...

    Outcome: No civilian deaths
    no money wasted on weapons
    no economic effects

and there is the crux of their issue - they have very little natural reserves of anything, they keep to themselves, yet they need to have access to said reserves, so they use intimidation, coersion or force to obtain them.

i see that Kim Jong-Il apparantley went on a train ride to Russia in the days before the 1st test (another is being mooted) - was that just in case the merkins took exception and carried out a pre-emptive strike? (not that they would though, as pre-emptive strikes are against UN protocol....)

You really have to ask why America has only attacked one of the "Axis of Evil" Could it be that they'd get their arses handed to them on a plate if they hit Iran, and that they know that Nth Korea already has nukes?

I like Nth Korea testing these missiles.
Why? Because it sends a BIG fu*k you to the UN and all of the paper-pushing pencil-dicked weenies there.
