Sort of, to a degree. I subscribe to Jane's Defence Weekly amongst other things. And lets' just say that I work in the defence arena. So I like to think I at least know the basics. Thanks for asking.

Sure they have a huge force, in terms of manpower. Albeit their training is basic to say the least. Their equipment is low tier crap from China and a little from Iran, the rest has been developed at home.

They bought centrifuge (to make missile grade fuel) technology from Pakistan, and in return sold them what they know about rockets. Some how I'd imagine after this episdoe business will be slow.

The only real fear is that, as has already been stated, these prats will sell what little they do know do some fanatics, most likely a terrorist organisation as oppossed to any specific nation, who are barking enough to let off a dirty bomb or similar.
