yup.. its that time again.. the time of year when we celebrate the dawning of a new light in world history..

thats right gentle reader .. its July 4th.. and 230 years ago today.. the American Declaration of Independance was signed and adopted.. brings tears to my eye just thinking about it.. the day the Colonists said "Piss Off" to good old King George and the rest of the poms..

since then, we have been protector of the free world.. willing to stick our youth into the middle of the roughest hotspots on the planet ..willing to drop heaps of mooola and manpower into areas ravaged by disaster.. taking shit from the PC brigade worldwide for over 200 years!!!!!

as a representitive of the American People in New Zealand... i would just like to say on behalf of all of us ..

i worked at WEBN radio in Cincinatti Ohio for a few years .. every summer .. we would go through a million $$ in fireworks..on barges in the Ohio river .. off the bridges..wicked fun and hangovers for a week..

They must be keen Sarge, especially if they live in the Eastern States. Arizona, Colorado etc are about 17 hrs behind us so it's still the 3rd of July by my reckoning.
