    Restoring my faith

My faith in humanity has been restored when I read this snippet in todays Dom-Post:

    "Can you kick it?"
The message posted next to soccer balls chained to lampposts in Berlin. The balls were filled with cement. Police arrested two men after several people were injured.

I admire the kind of warped mind that can produce this kind of entertainment

It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

You'd have to be pretty drunk or stupid to take a decent swipe at a ball chained to a post....

I'd pay money (no I wouldn't) to see someone have a go though!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
