    Given the company’s latest financial difficulties, it has to be wondered whether monetary reasons are behind cutting the race team, rather than any story about "objectives being achieved" or the "technical disadvantages" they talk about?

    Racing has always been Ducati’s biggest marketing method, so axing a team sees questions being asked.

    One of the articles above (I think it's the first one) quotes a Ducati spokesperson saying just that...sad...they don't deserve the advantage of the old days, but I think that twins still have their place in racing.

    Its A Daunting Task To Go Up Against The Might Of Suzukis Superior Engineering Skills, I Heard Things Are So Dire At Ducati That The Guys On The Production Line Now Have To Drink Cask Wine While Assembling Bikes Instead Of The Usual Aged Bottled Stuff
