Flatmates Fxr one fiddy, playing up

Hey guys, hoping you could shed some light on a wee problem we are having.\
My flatmate brought an fxr150 abour a month ago and sounds in quite good condition, until tonight. It stopped just around the corner from the house after he had quite a good run on it. Personally i thought it might be a gas or electrical problem because of the way it sounded. The cylinder is firing and the spark is getting well sparks. Gas is running to the engine on reserve and its looking good no sludge or anything running through ti thank god. Oil is good, and the last thing he did to it was flush the carbs, which shouldnt make too much hassle i wouldnt think.
If anyone has any ideas that would be much appreciated! Cheers

    might just be flooded.....

turn the ignition off give it no choke....

and no throttle...and kick it over with the kick starter 30 or 40 times...

turns the key on no revs no choke and give it a kick...probably best not to use the electric start but i spose it doesn't matter just better for your battery......if thats not the problem you don't wanna run the thing flat trying.

so yeah give that a go and tell me how you get on

    Cheers: Mark
