Swap the engine, that's a mod I had not thought of

Don't see many 954s around, but if I do see one I will give it a try.

    couple of questions:

    1. how do the front indicators come off?
    2. what have you done with the mount brack being a different shape? perhaps a rubber boot type thing?

If you got the Oxfords, there is an adapter set you can buy as well that makes them line up with the stock holes.

To remove the front ones you need to get in the back. Not much room there but its a little easier when the headlight is removed.

Ok, I lied, it's starting to become an issue, especially if the road camber is a certain way, don't think it has too much to do with my improving riding though, more like I need to stop eating bloody easter eggs!!!

Or maybe adjust your rear shock?

It'll only be one 'dog displaying Hornet mods now! And depending on how green she becomes looking at a Suzuki (*Gasp!*), it might not be around for that long either! The end of an era.

I still think he should have given his old Hornet to me...
Soapbox house of cards and glass, so don't go tossing your stones around.
You musta been.... high. You musta been...

hehe, nup, I'M KEEPING MY HORNET!! And I haven't got many more mods I want to do, so it could be a bit quiet.
Funny though, he says to me this morning "Do you want me to leave you my bike to go for a ride on today?" I'm sure it's because it was raining and he didn't want his bike getting wet, the cheek of it!
I should have a play with the shock, I'll just mark where he set it up for me before I start stuffing about with it. (Honestly I actually haven't put on any weight since the shock was put in, I just feel like a blimp cause it's getting colder! so maybe I am getting better, might have to start thrashing the K7 about!)
