ok guys ... what bar end options have I got for the renthals???
bar ends from OEM bars don't fit.
yeah bro
how much .. got some pics, what size etc (diameter)
I haven't noticed any vibrations in the mirrors so can't see any need for bar end weights.
sold! assuming they fit
can you do a diameter measurement?
the internal diameter of my bars is 15mm (or pretty damn close to that)
PM me details
Paul.
Hey guys, just to get off the handlebar topic for a moment....
I know there are tons of tyre threads around but would like some "Hornet specific" tyre advice. I have had Pirelli Diablo Strada tyres on my 'net and they have lasted me 8000km. I was hoping to get a set of the new Mitchelin Pilot Road 2 (http://www.michelin.co.uk/uk/front/a...odeRubrique=66) but they are only comming into the country next month and I don't know if I can wait that long.
I do about 400km of commuting (come rain or shine) a week and "spirited" riding on the weekends.
What tyres, have you found, are the best on your Hornets? (Please include what kind of mileage you get out of them as well)
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
I've done 8000 in metzeler M3 .. and will probably get another 1000 from the back (hopefully)
I will be replacing it with the same tyre .. its great .. altho' I've heard not as good as strada in the wet
