The Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe And Everything

Sitting down and reads Regilios Raving "debate" over "Evolution Vs Creation", sudden flash of inspiration hit me. I had the answer to it all. The answer to The Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe And Everything! It was in the "The Hitch-Hikers Guide To The Galaxy". It explained everything, even why Earth was created.

    The Answer

    To the Ultimate Question

    Of Life,

    The Universe

    And Everything

    is.....

    is....

    is....

    (wait for it)...

    Is..

    Forty-Two!

The problem is what actually is the question?

"The Hitch-Hikers Guide To The Galaxy" was full of help information like that.
    Things like how to fly:
"There is an art, it says,or rather, a knack to flying.
The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss"

But best of all "it has the words DON'T PANIC inscribed in large friendly letters on its cover."

So I decided that it needed a thread for all my follow inter-galactic hiker-hikers who have been stranded on this planet because The Guide had describe Earth as "Mostly Harmless"

The question is, "What is the least number of days that a Human Female can become pregnant after giving birth?" 6 weeks is the generally accepted figure, though this doesn't happen very often. I have a friend who managed it in 9 weeks though. Yukky.

For the naysayers, Douglas Adams told me this when he was here for the launch of "The Long Dark Teatime of the Soul" when I worked for Collin's Publishers many years ago.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Don't forget that cars have been named after people, like the lovely Miss Mercedes Benz and the inimitable Edsel Ford...

I've driven me one o them there Ford Anglecars, and it were OK.
Had a mate with a Morrie thou, and because his was only an 850 (mine were a proper thou), and he trashed the Anglecar (rolled it on the way home when he fell asleep), he put the anglecar's engine in the Morrie. Made it marginally faster than mine for accelermeration, but no quicker for top speed....
Ahhh... them were the days. Back when I was young 'n stupid, instead of old(ish) and decrepit....

Managed 12, here. But then I've posted about that before.

Why yukky, anyway? Are you implying that Nice Girls don't do it 9 weeks after giving birth?

Oooh, and you actually met DNA in person? I suppose you have an autographed HHGTTG then. Lucky bastard.
