Well it was just my luck that we had nice thick fog for my first ride but all went well. I didnt have to take any evasive action, not sure if any cars had to though![]()
Only hiccup I had was the occassional not quite make 2nd and hit neutral![]()

Welcome to the site mate, and yes - you have a good bike to learn on!
Ride with the l-plate for a while, some drivers do actually give you respect because you are "new to the game" (so to speak). Your plate might *cough* accidentally *cough* get broken off and left on the ground. You "find" the plate and carry it in your bag because you will "definately" fix it when you get back home......![]()
