Well gidday, I'm back on two wheels

Or I was,...... I brought a gsxr 400 in hamiltron, for four Grand apparrently Robs ex race bike
It was awesome for two weeks, Until boxing day, When riding it just died no splutter or cough just shut down, shit. I brought this Bike so I could go use it on my holidays, I took it to a suzuki bike shop and its been sitting idle in the waiting line for two days, Im totally gutted,I know they are busy and all.But at this stage im deserate to go ride.So I d happily pick the bike up take it to a mechanic and pay them double time to check it over and make sure it isnt any thing simple check the basics spark, fuel to carbs, kinked hose. I mean if its a major Ill happily wait in line, But if its a kinked hose and I wait 2 weeks while im on holiday, for them to start on it I ll probaly top my self or go and buy a brand new thou(same thing), Oh well had my bitch, any home mechanics want some cash double time????
first post ha ha . at least its different

Welcome to the site mate and a bugger about the bike. Did they not give you an indication of when they can get to it?

I find that firm, but not aggressive, daily phone calls tend to speed up the service.

    Bummer!
I went through the same thing myself when getting back into it... Out for a ride and the reg/rec gave up the ghost... along with a few "other" issues that needed sorting out.
Hope it is sorted quickly for you!

    Welcome to KB as well.
