Wharewaka, big man while he holds a pistol - really a wanker?

Just saw the above toss-pot on TV - got 18 months for verbally and physically abusing his mrs while waving a pistol around.

On top of his present sentences it means he serves ONE more month in prison.

Why do we do the hard yards when the judges just say 'naughty boy' and give em a slap with a not so wet bus ticket?????

What would happen to me if I was found with the pistol?

    Graaarghh!

Sorry, rant over, retreats to normal quiet self.

Noit only that, he did it all in front of the kids, who were so obviously used to it that they never even batted their eyelids.. should have added "corrupting
the morals of minors" not to mention emotional abuse of said kids to his list of charges. Not that that would make a blind bit of difference tho..

It's because the poor dears have rights. We as a civilised society cannot stoop to their level and punish them in the way or with the severity that they have offended because that would be 'unjust'. Yet the crims can. WTF is wrong with this picture??!!?? They have no problem behaving that way because we (the "civilised") will not stoop to their level. Fuck them. Fuck them up good.

No, the kids went into a certain mental state (help me out here people) that causes them to ignore thier surroundings - that way they are not part of it and hopefully it will have nothing to do with them.

Sort of the same way a mountain sheep will keep grazing while another of their herd is attacked by a cougar nearby.

It's NOT that they think it is normal - well not yet anyway.

I saw that on the news as well, and was absolutely shocked at the light punishment. Just as well he wasn't caught DUI.

Sometimes I wonder just how our judiciary prioritise the sentencing.

Only because they have witnessed it on numerous occasions in the past, if it was the first time they had seen that they would have been cowering in the corner or trying to help that poor woman

Someone needs to kid a judge. Then they might take their job a bit more seriously.

In Capitol City tonight, sign on Watchouse wall says: NO prisoners will be forwarded clothing that is red&black, blue&white, camouflaged, leather patched, no gang insignia, no patches etc

Sounds like good 'ol redneck attitude to wankers who cannot survive alone and without intimidation to suppert them. Pussiy pricks the lot of them.

    WotchootalkinaboutWillis??
    You trolling, naive or what??
Shit man, you can be covicted for 6 offences, get six one year terms - and serve ONE year in prison!!!

    Go figure!!

Unless the Judge says the dreaded words "Consecutively" - then it IS 6 years.

But you anwered my q. Though it does seems a bit piss poor that the judges aint mentioning those words a bit more, seems you may as well go on a spree of crimes (unless your white as they will throw the book at you!) and have some fun, you aint going to serve more time for the more shit you cause!
